\n- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that effectively convey Umpqua Health's mission, values, and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create engaging content, manage posting schedules, interact with followers, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Conceptualize, design, and distribute company newsletters on a regular basis. Curate relevant content, updates, success stories, and announcements to keep our audience informed and engaged.
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with branding guidelines. Collaborate with web developers and designers as needed to implement changes and enhancements.
- Produce high-quality written content for various channels, including website copy, blog posts, press releases, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing vendors and agencies. Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects, adherence to budgetary constraints, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive marketing initiatives from conception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication and marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all communication materials and marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and uphold Umpqua Health's brand standards and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and project management software.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in healthcare or related industry preferred but not required.
