We are looking for a skilled professional to join United Tech as an LLC & PE Accountant. In this role, you will independently manage the operations of Private Entrepreneurs and Limited Liability Companies, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines. Collaborating with a friendly and highly professional finance team, you will address complex operational challenges, contributing to the company’s success and maintaining regulatory excellence.
\n- For LLC:
- Maintain accounting and tax reporting for a Diia City resident LLC
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Calculate and process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax laws and internal policies
- Maintain primary documentation, ensuring it meets current legislative requirements
- Participate in onboarding processes for new employees or project participants, ensuring proper documentation
- Oversee offboarding processes, preparing and transferring necessary documents for exiting employees
- For PEs:
- Provide end-to-end support for PEs
- Manage banking operations and assist with online banking activities
- Calculate quarterly single tax and military tax, and submit PE tax declarations
- File annual unified social tax declarations
- Support PEs with onboarding, registration, and closure processes
- Assist in obtaining electronic digital signatures (EDS) for client banking
- Update and maintain step-by-step guides, instructions, and handbooks for PEs on financial and tax processes to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Proactively identify and resolve PE-related issues to minimize PE involvement in financial and tax tasks
- Foster strong communication with PEs, ensuring they feel supported in their financial matters
- Other Responsibilities (if necessary):
- Maintain communication with tax authorities and other regulatory bodies
- Prepare invoices and ensure accurate billing
- Manage foreign PE-related tasks as per agreed instructions and within the scope of competence
- Execute tasks assigned by management in alignment with working hours and expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience as an accountant managing Ukrainian PEs or LLCs operating under the single tax system
- Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Familiarity with the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet and Diia service
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven with high attention to detail
- Adaptable and quick learner, able to embrace new challenges
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Would be a plus
- Experience working in an IT company, particularly a Diia City Resident
- Basic knowledge of human resources management and military accounting
- Knowledge of MASTER: Accounting software
- Experience with Privat24 and Monobank platforms
- Basic understanding of IFRS and accounting principles
