We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - R&D who will report to the Director of R&D FP&A. You will have financial planning and analysis experience and display curiosity, proactivity, determination, and accountability.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as a finance business partner to several R&D functions, collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, Engineering and Operations teams to track spending, identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable insights
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to streamline decision-making and highlight key drivers based on past and current business performance
- Assist the R&D finance team with long range planning, annual budgeting, monthly close and forecasting processes including headcount and discretionary spend
- Provide regular financial reporting accompanied by insights to business partners that communicate trends and financial performance of their teams
- Establish budget controls, maintain and improve forecasting accuracy and processes, while building close partnerships with cross-functional teams
