What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Ruby as core back-end technologies.Build dynamic, responsive front-ends using JavaScript/TypeScript, with a strong preference for React expertise.Design and optimize relational databases, with a focus on Postgres (or SQL Server/MySQL).Troubleshoot production issues and deliver reliable solutions.Work with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.Proven professional experience in Java and Ruby, with expert-level proficiency in at least one and strong competency in the other (both are non-negotiable).Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript with substantial React experience.Expertise in relational database design and SQL optimization.Healthcare experience is a big plus but not required.Fluent English (C1+) and comfort working in U.S. business hours.A self-starter with a proven track record of solving complex problems.
