The Role
The Marketing Manager will support the development, and ultimately manage the daily execution, of Runningman’s strategic marketing plan. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience coordinating and managing marketing campaigns across social platforms and influencer partnerships.
- Execute a strategic social media marketing plan to drive event registrations. You will work with a small internal team to create a content strategy and calendar that aligns with Runningman's campaign initiatives, including proposing and coordinating the creation of necessary assets (videos, reels, still posts, contests, etc.).
- Own community engagement. You will develop and maintain a social media presence across our platforms. Posting content per the content calendar, responding to comments, reposting community stories, and engaging with tagged posts to foster an active and engaged community.
- Expand reach through influencer and brand partnerships. You will build and manage relationships with current influencers and brand partners, source new talent, and coordinate approved collaboration content, helping to broaden Runningman’s audience through strategic partnerships.
- Ensure contractual consistency across influencer content. You will work with influencers and brand partners on content ideas aligned with Runningman’s goals, monitor influencer posts to ensure contract adherence, and provide necessary branding assets to create a cohesive, impactful message
