Ushur is seeking an experienced Contract Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team and support recruitment efforts across multiple departments, including Engineering, Product, Customer Growth, Marketing, Sales, and other functions as needed. This role is pivotal in helping us scale during a period of rapid growth. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process, identifying and hiring top talent to meet our company’s goals in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting across various departments, including Engineering, Product, Customer Growth, Marketing, and Sales
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and identify key qualifications
  • Source and engage passive candidates using various platforms, networks, and tools
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with department leads
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine recruitment strategies and streamline hiring processes
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate feedback
  • Maintain recruitment documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Lever experience is a plus


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven experience recruiting for diverse roles across multiple departments, including technical and non-technical positions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • East Coast time zone availability preferred

$50 - $70 an hour
The hourly rate for this 1099 contract role ranges from $50 to $70 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
