Team Overview:
The Enablement & Automation team is a stream-aligned RnD Team that is working to develop features, tools, models and integrations that drive meaningful workflow improvements for our internal CXO (Customer Experience and Operations) team. This team is a multidisciplinary team, containing members from data science, product, design and software development. This collaboration extends to the stakeholders of this team as well, where deep empathy for the CXO workflows, pain-points, and impact drives the creation of solutions to drive efficiency, reduce CXO team toil and improve the way our clients experience our support organization.
The Role:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building the future of our internal tools. This position is crucial for both the enhancement of our existing infrastructure and the development of innovative platforms. Your contributions will be instrumental in harnessing the collective capabilities of our diverse disciplines, driving us closer to our vision of being the most human financial services company in the world.
\n- Influence and implement the development of essential tooling solutions, directly boosting our internal process efficiency and empowering colleagues.
- Integrating AI models to streamline processes, enhance CX team productivity, and reduce response times, significantly improving service quality.
- Clearly articulate ideas and strategies, ensuring alignment for the strategic application of AI and automation to improve CX.
- Build strong connections across the team & company, collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve unified objectives.
- Solid experience in software engineering, with a preference for Ruby and/or TypeScript.
- Proficient as a CRM developer with extensive experience in API integration, cloud computing, and Zendesk integration.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries (React, Angular) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in public cloud development and deployment, especially AWS.
- Knowledge of best practices in profiling, logging, tracing, tracking, and experimenting.
- Ability to decompose work into deliverables with an emphasis on iterative delivery.
- Strong sense of accountability and independence, with a proactive approach to pushing projects forward.
- Effective in communicating ideas and project direction to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the synergy between design, product, and engineering teams to rapidly ship high-quality experiences at scale.
- Proficient with event-driven architecture, utilizing Kafka, and implementing GraphQL APIs.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying consumer-facing products, with a focus on solutions for power users.
- Experience in integrating AI models into product ecosystems.
