Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and/or social media
- Assist customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns
- Maintain a high standard of quality in your responses
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service every day
Requirements:
- Fluent English: Written and verbal proficiency is essential
- 1 Year of Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to manage customer relations
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify is a plus (but not mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to stay solutions-oriented and adaptable
Technical Requirements:
- A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor (or equivalent)
- A stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
