We are looking for a Senior Group Product Manager to lead our Developer Productivity & Infrastructure teams. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy, execution, and delivery of our developer tools, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure across our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, insights, and customer-facing product teams, to enable Webflow to reach new heights as we continue to rapidly scale.

As a Senior Group Product Manager, Developer Productivity & Infrastructure, you will …
- Drive the product strategy for developer productivity and infrastructure pillars.
- Develop product roadmaps that align initiatives with Webflow’s overall business and product goals and objectives.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders.
- Enhance the developer experience by building tools and workflows that improve efficiency and quality.
- Advocate for developers’ needs and ensure their feedback is incorporated into the product development process.
- Drive initiatives that promote a culture of developer productivity and innovation.
- Shape the strategy for the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure.
- Drive the vision for Webflow’s data platform to enable internal teams to both unlock key insights and build data-powered products.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure the team has the resources and support needed to achieve their goals.

About you
Requirements:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, with a focus on developer tools and infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of developer workflows and infrastructure management best practices and tools like AWS, Spark, Kafka, Machine Learning and Compute platforms, CI/CD, and Observability tools.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing product teams.
