We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Staff Product Manager on the Data Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the vision for our data infrastructure. This includes the systems and tools that collect, store, process, and analyze the vast amount of data generated by our platform. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build a scalable, reliable, and efficient data platform that enables other product teams to bring new data products to market.

As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll …
- Define and prioritize the roadmap for the data platform, balancing short-term needs and long-term vision.
- Work closely with engineering leads to architect and build a scalable, high-performance data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand their data needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Drive the development of data tools and services that empower internal teams to access and leverage data effectively.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve our data platform.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage roadmap based on strategic priorities, user needs, and market trends.
- Develop and articulate compelling value propositions to stakeholders.
- Define, track, and analyze key platform metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.

About you
You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Manager if you:
- 7-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms, analytics, or related fields.
- Strong technical background and understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes. Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Mongo),big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and machine learning.
- Deep understanding of privacy laws and regulations affecting data collection and usage.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Have a strong technical acumen and can articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Possess a 'test and learn' mentality and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
- Can balance big-picture thinking with deep-dive analysis and attention to detail.
- Are experienced in agile methodologies and can adapt to changing priorities.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Are comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve and encourage growth.
- Have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving a common goal.
- Are adept at navigating and managing through ambiguity and complexity.
