About the role:
Join Winona's dynamic marketing team as a Copywriter, where your creativity and passion for women's health and wellness will drive impactful and empathic communication. You'll be crafting compelling copy across various platforms, including YouTube, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email campaigns, video scripts, radio ads, and more. Your ability to blend conversion-focused writing with the empathic Winona brand voice will be key to engaging our audience and supporting their journey from perimenopause to menopause and beyond.

Responsibilities:
Develop engaging email sequences that nurture leads and drive conversions.
Create high-converting lead magnets (ebooks, guides, checklists, etc.) to attract new subscribers.
Write persuasive and conversion-oriented copy for Meta ads, Google ads, email marketing campaigns, video scripts, and other short-form copy.
Collaborate with our editorial team to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
Manage deadlines effectively, maintaining organization and punctuality in all submissions.
Conduct thorough research and stay updated on women's health and wellness trends, particularly in menopause care.
Continuously seek to improve your copywriting skills and knowledge of conversion triggers.
Self-manage projects, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in research.
Requirements:
Proven experience in copywriting, with at least 3+ years in campaign copywriting (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Demonstrated expertise in working with lifecycle marketing, SMS, and email copy.
Proficient in creating Ads conversion copy for new campaigns.
Strong portfolio showcasing technical writing skills and ability to evoke connection.
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Keen attention to detail, with a passion for grammar, punctuation, and creative problem-solving.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and understanding of the copy-design relationship.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, presenting work clearly and creatively.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in women's health or menopause is a plus.
Experience working with DE&I organizations and projects.
