About the Opportunity
In this role, you’ll work as a key contributor within Worldly’s Growth Team to manage the ongoing development and implementation of a comprehensive Key Accounts program for strategic Worldly customers. These companies face significant sustainability improvement mandates across massive supply chains, and your team will meet this challenge by designing and delivering a sustainability improvement roadmap approach to account growth.
You will be responsible for helping Worldly move from a general management and service orientation with its largest accounts to an approach based on solutions, scaled tool adoption, measurable impact improvement, and revenue growth. You will directly own a portfolio of customer accounts and work in closer partnership with Customer Success to drive deeper engagement across Worldly’s solutions. Reporting to the VP, of Growth Initiatives, you will interface closely with our Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product functions.
What You'll Do
Strategy
Contribute to the ongoing development of Worldly’s comprehensive Key Accounts program, with strong articulation between meeting customers’ biggest pain points, driving clear improvements for them, and accelerating Worldly tool uptake and revenue
Help design, in collaboration with Customer Success, the scalable interface between this program and services delivery (e.g. Adoption Services, Training and Onboarding, Support, etc.)
Work in thought partnership with the VP of Growth to establish Key account growth (revenue and impact), strategically and quantitatively, among Worldly’s growth levers
Collaborate with the Market Impact team to integrate Worldly-related impact results from key account customers into Worldly’s overarching impact reporting
Develop deep working relationships with Product and Partnerships teams, to integrate new in-house and third-party offerings into the Account management program
Management and Execution
Develop deep, value-based relationships of trust with Worldly’s key account customers
Directly manage Worldly’s portfolio of key account relationships against a time-based revenue, tool uptake, and impact forecast; manage toward OKRs, in support of company-level performance goals
Work actively towards continuous improvement in the operational/programmatic interface between Key Accounts and Customer Success
Facilitate integration between Product and Partnership roadmaps, and ongoing evolution of the Key Accounts program
We'd Like to See
The successful candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree, as a minimum requirement
Prior experience in a team within a remote work environment required
Proven track record of balancing impact and revenue-based growth mandates, ideally across a 3-5 year period of time
Experience in a technology/SaaS organization or related context, working in large-scale B2B relationships
Committed to sustainability as evidenced by your professional or life experience

Compensation Overview
$135k - $145k base rate + 40% annual bonus
*Final compensation details will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.
