Description
As the Marketing Manager for New Customer Acquisition in our Marketplace Division, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our customer base. You will develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and generate leads, quotes and orders for our manufacturing marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive new customer acquisition for our marketplace.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new target audiences and understand their needs.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, direct mail, partner and affiliate.
- Consistently test landing pages to optimize conversion.
- Manage and analyze marketing performance metrics to track ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing and other teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on new customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, 3P email, content marketing).
- Proven track record of driving successful lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A diligent organizer who can create plans and follow through on them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working within a marketplace preferred.
- Working Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
