Marketing Automation (Marketo) Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Marketing Automation Manager specializing in Marketo to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role you will be working hands-on with Marketo campaigns and managing Salesforce integrations. You will focus on optimizing our marketing automation processes, managing channel integrations, executing on a strategic marketing automation roadmap, and driving marketing performance through data-driven strategies.
- Marketo Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Marketo, including campaign creation, nurturing, scoring, A/B testing, and automation workflows.
- Salesforce Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Marketo and Salesforce, managing data flow and synchronization to support effective lead management, routing, and reporting.
- Channel Integrations: Manage and optimize integrations between Marketo and various marketing channels to ensure a cohesive marketing automation ecosystem. Experience with iCapture, Oktopost, LinkedIn, and WordPress a plus.
- Campaign Execution: Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, and multi-language forms within Marketo. Own the design and execution of a complex multitouch, omnichannel nurture strategy.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and best practices.
- Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve marketing automation processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on Marketo best practices and usage, ensuring high adoption and proficiency across the organization. Own the development of documentation and training materials.
- Must be certified in Marketo with a deep understanding of its functionalities and best practices.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, specifically with Marketo.
- Proven experience with Salesforce and its integration with Marketo, including data management and workflow automation.
- Strong technical skills in managing marketing automation platforms and integrating them with various marketing channels.
- Proficient in analyzing data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance; interest and proven experience with incorporating AI into marketing automation workflows/processes a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of velocity scripting, JavaScript, HTML/CSS a major plus.
