Description
Position: Accounting Manager
Salary Range: USD 1,100 - 1,700
Working hours: TBD
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly checks and ACH runs
- Manage all sales tax payments
- Run payroll and calculate sales commissions
- Manage all insurance policies and payments including workers comp and health
- insurance
- Manage vehicle-related administration
- Manage governmental paperwork related to licenses
- Support Controller on various special projects
- Provide additional support during busy times in A/R
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous accounting experience and 2 years experience with QuickBooks
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Passionate about working with numbers
- Adept at understanding accounting principles
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess
- Capable of working effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Thrive in collaborative team settings
- Strong written and oral communication skills and a natural inclination for problem-solving
