Job Overview:
As the E-commerce Amazon and Google Ads Manager, you’ll drive growth by managing Amazon Ads and Google campaigns. This role involves owning Amazon Ads strategy, overseeing a paid search agency, and optimizing performance to maximize ROI. Ideal for an analytical expert with experience managing large product catalogs, it focuses on impactful, data-driven customer acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities:
Amazon Ads Management:
- Develop and execute Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to maximize ROI and sales growth.
- Perform in-depth keyword research, bid optimization, and competitor analysis to hit profitability goals.
- Collaborate with content and merchandising teams to improve product listings with SEO and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Stay ahead of Amazon advertising trends and platform changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Paid Search Management:
- Oversee and manage the performance of the paid search agency, ensuring alignment with strategy and objectives.
- Provide strategic direction, performance reviews, and actionable insights to optimize agency output.
- Manage Google Search, Shopping, and Bing Ads campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Optimize audience targeting, conduct A/B tests, and refine strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Maintain and improve Shopping Feeds to ensure alignment with goals and inventory.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze performance data using visualization tools and dashboards, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop actionable insights and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Query databases for custom reporting and solve data-driven performance issues.
- Proven success in managing Amazon PPC campaigns and optimizing large product catalogs.
- Experience managing paid search campaigns and overseeing agency relationships to deliver results.
- Strong data analysis skills, including querying databases and creating detailed performance reports.
- Analytical and results-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign optimization.
- Proficient in tools like Amazon Ads Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Amazon Advertising.
