Description
GrowthAssistant is seeking a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Customer Support Assistant. This role involves providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and tracking customer feedback. In this role, you will ensure accurate and consistent responses, and escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolutions and a seamless customer experience.
Salary: Up to Php 60,000 depending on experience

The Requirements:
- 1+ years experience with Gorgias or similar Customer Service/Ticketing tools
- 2+ years experience in Customer Service
- 1+ years experience with Shopify or similar E-commerce platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
The Role:
- Respond to inquiries using client-provided macros and scripts
- Track feedback/requests in client-provided platform (Gorgias)
- Answer customer queries related to products/service
- Provide accurate support for FAQs and troubleshooting
- Escalate Tier 2 inquiries when necessary
