- Responsible for preparation & finalization of standalone financial statements of India, US and Singapore entities and the consolidated financial statements of the group.
- Drive month-end book close activities, ensuring compliance with tight deadlines.
- Responsible for the timely completion of audits of all three entities.
- Provide inputs to the FP&A team to analyze performance metrics and KPIs to find areas of improvement.
- Ensure robust internal controls are maintained over accounting and financial reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
- You are a qualified Chartered Accountant.
- You have at least 2 years of experience either in the statutory audit team or CFO advisory of a Big 4 firm or in the controllership team of a B2B SaaS, IT, or ITes organization.
- You have experience in preparation of consolidated financial statements for entities in different geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal / external teams.
- Strong knowledge of consolidation practices, IFRS/GAAP standards, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in MS – office (word, excel, PowerPoint).Experience in Oracle Netsuite is preferred.
