The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic environment with 50% growth expected several years into the future. This individual would engage with all levels of management to help us manage a path to an IPO / exit. This will include helping us build out all long term planning models, developing ad hoc sales analyses, creating and managing top line forecasts, managing company and departmental budgets, analyzing SaaS metrics, creating acquisition target models, implementing planning tools and processes, and completing standard variance analyses. Our expectation would be that the individual here could grow with the company and get exposure to multiple areas of Finance at once. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career path in Finance, and get exposure to a fast-growing pre-IPO, SaaS company.
Specific tasks will include:
Developing both short term and long financial models for various business opportunities
Managing budgets for all departments
Managing HC and spend approvals
Reporting of actuals / variances to management, business partners & investors
Working with management on strategic opportunities and risks
Studying and understanding business metrics to help us evaluate the performance of individual pieces of the business as well as the business as a whole

Attributes we’re looking for:
3-4 years of successful finance experience in dynamic startup environments and/or companies in transition from mid-size to larger-sized processes.
Business acumen: an interest in B2B SaaS businesses, an appreciation of how good people strategy can further business goals, analytical / data-driven thinking
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, GAAP accounting, top line management and working within global organizations
Excellent communication skills (writing, presenting, selling, listening)
An entrepreneurial spirit: resilient, proactive, quick, autonomous, resourceful, positive, adaptable/nimble, humble, comfortable with ambiguity, biased to action, solutions oriented
Organizational skills (detail-oriented; process- and results-driven; follow-through)
MBA helpful but not required
This role reports to the Sr Director of FP&A and can be performed from anywhere in the United States. Note: we’re a global team with over half our colleagues in Europe, which will necessitate some early mornings if located in the western United States time zones.
The salary range provided for this position is an estimated guideline from a salary database. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, variable pay, and employee benefits. We consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, training, and skill sets; market conditions; and internal equity. Compensation ranges may also vary based on location.
