The Role:
An excellent Legal Assistant is the backbone of a successful Legal team. As a Legal Assistant at Blink, you will:
- Own and scale Legal team processes, including document and records management.
- Assist with corporate governance matters and proactively manage processes, policies, procedures related to Blink’s legal and regulatory requirements.
- Create, maintain and update templates, process documents and other internal Legal resources.
- Provide exceptional, timely and detail-oriented support to a wide variety of legal and company initiatives.
- Scale a nimble and impactful Legal function at Blink.
- Work on other ad hoc projects as needed by the Legal team, with an ability to help define your role as the business and the Legal team continue to grow.

About You:
- BA/BS degree with excellent academic credentials or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to own, organize and prioritize projects effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad range of projects and organizational initiatives.
- Superior interpersonal skills and team-first attitude.
- Sound practical business judgment.
- Previous executive assistant or support experience at top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal function at high-growth company preferred.
