What’s the opportunity?
Our client is a US full-service growth marketing accelerator who is looking for a Visual Designer to support its creative team with designing compelling brand and marketing assets across web, social, and digital campaigns. Working closely with their Creative Director, copywriters, and digital marketing specialists, you’ll help bring bold, strategic ideas to life while maintaining high creative standards.
This role is perfect for a junior to mid-level designer (3-5 years of experience) looking to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment and work with US clients ranging from early-stage ventures, Fortune 100 companies, and everything in between.
What will you be doing?
Design digital assets for brand identity, websites, ads, presentations, and social content.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce high-impact visuals.
Ensure consistency across brand materials, maintaining design best practices.
Develop responsive web layouts and marketing visuals that enhance user experience.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines with high-quality work.
What you’ll bring to the table
3-5 years of design experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and digital design best practices.
Ability to interpret marketing objectives into visually compelling assets.
Experience designing for web and social platforms.
Bonus: Motion design or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere).
