What We Do
Care Access is a unique, multi-specialty network of research sites which operates as one connected team of physician investigators, nurse coordinators, and operations managers. Our goal is to engage every healthcare professional in clinical research and to make clinical trials a care option for every patient. By removing this bottleneck, Care Access is helping accelerate the approval and delivery of critical and life-saving therapies.
Who We Are
We care. Our people are the engines behind our mission: to revolutionize access to clinical trials for the benefit of patients everywhere. We care for one another, find new ideas to accelerate medicine, and seed a long-term impact for generations.
Position Overview
This is a full-time temporary position with benefits through December 2024.
If storytelling were in the Olympics, you’d be a gold medalist. You want to join a team that's not just about work; you want to make an impact and leave an amazing legacy behind. Your daily diet includes passion, self-motivation, proactiveness, creative thinking, flexibility, and juggling responsibilities, and you are not intimidated by new challenges. You’re not looking for a job, you’re looking for a playground for your brilliance in story telling via creative audio/video production.
You log in early morning while sipping coffee or tea and realize that there is a Care Access event taking place in Santa Claus, Indiana. You quickly, without hesitation, pitch several ideas to the team. Dept Manager messages the team: “Folks! We accidentally hired a genius!”. Your other ideas are rejected with explained reasons which do not bother you at all. As you are busy coming up with a strategy and execution plan, another project pops up, “No worries” you tell yourself “I got this, I can manage multiple projects”. As challenges and barriers face you, you know that you’re not alone. You communicate with team members in removing those barriers.
The plot thickens; you must be in three places at the same time! You resolve that by vetting and finding resources. While that is taking shape, you realize that this is not about projects. This is about human lives and the future of medicine. Finally, you do not end up with completed projects; you end up being part of the ever-evolving story of the future of medicine.
