Job Description
As a Legal Process Admin you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of legal processes within CCMR3. This role involves coordinating document management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, handling communication with various stakeholders, and supporting litigation management. You will work closely with the Legal Teams, Account Executive Teams, Client Services Teams, and Operations in addition to other cross-functional partners.
Position Responsibilities:
· Document Preparation: Draft legal documents such as letters, lawsuits, judgments, and affidavits.
· Manage deadlines and ensure timely filings with the court, utilizing electronic filing systems
· Legal Procedure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and court rules in preparing and handling cases.
· Arrange loan packages for outside counsel
· Organize and manage accounts to keep information current and accessible
· Database / Data Entry: Maintain system integrity (record keeping, reporting)
· Build and strengthen positive relationships with the company’s clients by providing exceptional service
· Perform general clerical and administrative duties
Minimum Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· The ability to methodically approach a high volume of tasks with impeccable accuracy.
· Ability to handle a high volume of work with minimal supervision.
· Superior organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and effectively.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Problem-solving mindset
· Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive in organizing workflow and finding new solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Legal assistant/secretary experience
· Proven experience in a client services role or office management role
