Lead the teams responsible for developing CoinTracker’s Consumer product

What you will do
Lead a team of backend, frontend, mobile engineers, guiding the development of features and services for CoinTracker’s Consumer product.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to define roadmap for Consumer engineering team
Facilitate planning, prioritization, sequencing, and staffing of work.
Coach and mentor direct reports, supporting their career growth and driving positive impact.

Role-specific
6+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of engineering management experience, leading full stack (web and mobile) product teams.
Experienced in front-end development and has a deep understanding of modern web and mobile frameworks.
Passionate about improving the user experience and have built and launched high-quality user-facing products.
Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders and driving execution across team and organizational boundaries.
Thrives in ambiguous situations, effectively balancing trade-offs to deliver high-impact outcomes.

The starting salary for this position is between $264,000 - $297,000. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
