Description
This position is a Director of Marketing role responsible for building the overall global marketing strategy. This individual will also execute and hire team members to build the overall organization as well as manage key third-party partners. This position will be integral in leading ComputerCare’s growth by helping develop our team and revenue.
\n- Create and execute on the local marketing and branding strategy for ComputerCare’s hardware repair service.
- Be the main POC for website content and creation
- Drive the SEO/SEM strategy and collaborate with third-party partners to execute and track performance.
- Build and execute a PR strategy that promotes the organization as well as key executives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of individual contributors, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Engage with vendors, customers, and team members with a positive attitude, aligning with the company’s core values.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on the company’s online and offline market presence.
- Support partner programs and deliver tools supporting partner growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive organizational excellence, ensuring a work culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by living the company’s vision and core values.
- Identify new market segments that will benefit from company products.
- Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in various marketing roles, preferably within the technology industry.
- Leading with passion, authenticity, humility, emotional intelligence and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
