What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- At least 3-5 years experience handling IT Recruitment either USA, UK, and AU.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of any Applicant Tracking System.
- Exposure in multiple markets aside from Financial Services.
What will you do?
- Manage end to end recruitment for all open positions.
- Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers.
- Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis.
- Develop talent pools through various sourcing platforms.
- Develop easy to use recruitment templates and forms (CV templates, reference check forms, common email templates, recruitment manuals, etc.).
