Job Title: Freelance Recruiter for Online Therapists (English, Portuguese, and Spanish Speaker)

Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit professional online therapists.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and compatibility with company standards.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and certifications are completed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the mental health or healthcare sector.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese are desired.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, working independently to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of mental health professional qualifications and licensing processes is a plus.
