We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with an Upper-Intermediate level of English to join our HR team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking system.Assist in creating and posting job advertisements in English and local languages as needed.Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to recruitment.
Requirements:
At least 6 months of proven experience in the position of Sourcer or Recruiter.Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools is a plus.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar tools is advantageous.
