Your Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the full 360 sales cycle
Drive PaySpace growth through a dynamic blend of inbound and outbound prospecting initiatives
Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and managing inbound prospects
Team up and engage with our global sales teams, synergising for optimal results
Continuously refine and revamp sales approaches to stay ahead of the curve
Ensure a seamless handover of deals to our delivery team post-closure, fostering a smooth transition for our valued customers
Provide feedback to sales, marketing and product teams for continuous improvement
Keep your eyes on the prize and meet & exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years hands-on sales experience in a Saas company or start-up
Demonstrate a proven track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK&I mid-market segment (100-1,500 employees)
Showcase expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use
You are to speed on the latest and greatest UK labour laws and legislation
You are a hunter hunter & a go-getter with superb closing skills & self-starter mentality
You are committed to deliver top-notch customer service, turning clients into lifelong advocates
You are comfortable in the spotlight conducting engaging demos in a pre-sales context
You thrive in a global remote team environment
You are located in the UK or any other location, within GMT +/- 1 hour time zone
