Role Overview
The remote Account Executive sells products and services on behalf of the nation’s premier logistics company. The role includes selling products and services to current and new clientele.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls using a provided lead list.
· Build and manage a pipeline.
· Conduct a needs analysis and uncover areas where our product can assist their business.
· Create a strong, consultative relationship with decision-makers and influencers.
· Contact customers to establish needs and qualify for right-fit criteria.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining appropriate KPIs.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications:
· 6 months of call center experience preferred
· CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
· 1 year of sales experience preferred
· Must be able to do 50 – 100 dials per day
· Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
· Proficient internet navigation and applications skills.
· Quick thinking and skilled in rebuttal objections.
· Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence.
· Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs.
· Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Systems/Equipment:
· A dedicated home office, preferably a separate room with its own door.
· Microsoft Windows 10 Operating system.
· An additional Monitor.
· 8+ GB of RAM installed.
· A wired USB headset.
· Must have reliable, hardwired, high-speed cable internet with a download speed of 25+ Mbps of download speed and 5+ Mbps of upload speed.
o Cannot use VPN.
· Computer or Laptop Camera.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
