Role Overview:

Deel is seeking a Prism Systems Manager to manage, configure, and optimize our PrismHR instance for PEO operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure of the PrismHR system, including configurations, system integrations, bug fixes, and performance optimization. This role requires deep expertise in PrismHR, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Payroll, Benefits, and other teams to ensure the system’s stability and scalability as Deel continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the PrismHR instance, ensuring its stability, security, and performance for PEO services.

  • Configuration & Customization: Configure the PrismHR platform to meet the needs of Deel’s PEO services, including setting up custom workflows, automations, permissions, and system settings. Architect system infrastructure in support of new application initiatives or improvements.

  • Integration Management: Set up and maintain integrations between PrismHR and other internal and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, HRIS, finance tools) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

  • Issue Resolution & Bug Fixes: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in the PrismHR system, working closely with both internal teams and PrismHR support to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the system’s performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, scalability, and optimization.

  • Upgrades & Patches: Manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts in collaboration with the IT team and PrismHR support, ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Data Management: Ensure the integrity and security of all data stored within the PrismHR system, including managing backups and implementing disaster recovery protocols.

  • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, integrations, and issue resolutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams such as Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance to ensure the system supports their operational needs and compliance requirements.

  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing technical support to internal teams to ensure they are maximizing the use of PrismHR’s features and capabilities.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to PrismHR workflows and processes to increase efficiency and system performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing HRIS platforms, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with PrismHR.

  • Strong expertise in PrismHR configuration, administration, and customization, with a proven track record of managing complex PEO environments.

  • Experience with system integrations, including API setup, middleware solutions, and data synchronization between PrismHR and other systems.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve system bugs, performance issues, and configuration problems.

  • Familiarity with PEO operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements.

  • Knowledge of HR and payroll system architectures, data structures, and security protocols.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide training.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and system integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-client PEO operations within PrismHR.

  • Experience with global payroll and HR system integrations.

  • Technical certification in PrismHR or related HRIS systems.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, data security, and compliance requirements.
