To help us continue our mission, we are seeking an Senior Account Manager to retain and expand our top accounts and work with Fortune 1000 caliber clients. The right candidate will be responsible for executing strategic account plans to deliver maximum value to customers and be a trusted advisor. Manage complete existing customer lifecycle, building relationships with executive stakeholders as well as our day to day contacts. Be able to recognize challenges and proactively offer recommendations based on customer’s specific needs and industry. Present and speak to HR and Compliance leaders about value delivered, mitigating risk, and pitching new features and offerings.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full lifecycle for our SMB customers: Ensure they are engaged, that they are getting the maximum value from EasyLlama, and that they are aware of new features and offerings, and that we remove roadblocks to renewal.
- Build a deep understanding of the EasyLlama product.
- Create a forecast for the accounts in your book of business, identifying themes and implementing scaled programs for engagement, renewal, and expansion outcomes.
- Identify upsell opportunities and develop pipeline to hit a monthly quota.
- Monitor account risk (product utilization and spend) and develop mitigation plans for downsizing and churn.
- Handle billing, renewals, salvages, and create pricing quotes and contracts within your book of business.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on outbound campaigns to engage customers within your book.
- Capture, communicate, and bring forward recommendations from customer insights to help improve the SMB customer experience and reduce pain points internally and externally.
Who You Are:
- 3 years of SaaS account management or B2B customer delivery experience that includes revenue management and bookings.
- A solution-selling mindset with a passion for post-sale client relationships, negotiations, and support.
- Demonstrated experience with renewal and upgrade forecasting, quoting, opportunity management, pricing, and contracting.
- Strong business acumen, proactive problem-solver, and internally motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven track record of exceeding NRR and bookings targets.
- Bonus points for working in eLearning or HR Tech.

- Salary range: $62,000 - $85,000/annually (Based on experience)
