Weekly Meetings & Communication
- Numerous weekly standing meetings
- Lots of email, slack, text, and Zoom meetings/conversations
- Email + Calendar Support
Team communication, HR support, weekly rhythms support
- New Client Support
- Gather and submit payment form info
- Set up internal review meeting with team and Client Success Manager
- Send team intro email / set up Kickoff Call Meeting w/client and team
- Potentially help manage Quickbooks Online depending on experience and skill
- Monthly Financial Report support
Boost Patients
- Sales process support (notes, agreements, CRM admin, etc..)
- Proposal Creation
- Calendar and email support
- Travel support
- Admin tasks related to applicant recruiting and application tracking
- Helping manage communication to past applicants and current applicants
- Organizing virtual meetings and events
- Helping manage the CRM in HubSpot
- Helping manage the work certificate program

Requirements
- Background: MUST have at least 3 - 5 years experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant
- Communication: The EA must be an excellent communicator, in both written and oral form. This includes proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Organization: Our EA needs to be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Discretion: Since our EA will be working with highly personal and private information at times, discretion and sensitivity regarding confidential information is a must.
- Anticipate Needs: As a part of our commitment to excellence, we always strive to anticipate and serve needs in advance whenever possible. The right EA will have the foresight and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Technologically Proficient: Some level of experience with some or all of the technology platforms that we use is ideal, including Gmail / Google Docs, MailChimp, WordPress, HubSpot, Slack, etc...the ability to embrace and learn new technology quickly is an absolute must.
- Flexible: The EA must have the mindset of multitasking. Some projects will be more time-sensitive than recurring ones, the right EA will have the ability to recognize these times to be flexible
Benefits
- Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $1500 - $1800
