Assist and partnering with a Senior Vice President at a Fortune 150 – global commercial real estate firm.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our Senior Vice President - Commercial Real Estate Agent. This role involves engaging with C-level executives, including CFOs, COOs, and CEOs, to set appointments and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with C-level executives through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Use a provided script to effectively communicate the value proposition of CBRE’s commercial real estate services.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the Senior Vice President - Commercial Real Estate Agent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the system.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SDR or similar role, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate leasing and the needs of office tenants.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Neutral and clear accent to ensure effective communication with C-level executives
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in achieving goals.
Benefits
  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1300 - $1500 USD/month
