ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Rev-Ops and FP&A Manager, you will be integral to our finance team, driving revenue optimization and financial planning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and strategic decision-making. We are seeking a proactive, analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a tangible impact.
HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT
Develop and refine sales and CS processes and revenue reporting to maximize ARR and reduce churn.
Lead the financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Optimize financial operations and systems to support scalable growth.
Collaborate with sales, customer success and marketing to align financial goals and operational strategies.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis and sophisticated financial reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Proven experience in revenue operations and financial planning within a high-growth tech environment (at least 4 years of experience).
Proven experience working closely with the GTM teams (mainly sales and CS/AM).
Strong analytical skills with an expert level of proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
NICE TO HAVES
Experience with financial software like Stripe and HubSpot.
Experience with BI visualization tools like Looker.
CPA or CFA certification.
Experience in both SAAS B2C and B2B companies is an advantage.
