This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be the right hand to one of the biggest business social media influencers on Twitter and LinkedIn. Pay range is $1200-$2000/month for the right candidate + benefits and bonuses.
Though you'd work directly for this influencer, you'll be employed and supported by FreedUp - we're a “Full Stack Executive Assistant Agency” and small startup from Austin, TX that matches elite founders and executives to world-class EAs.
In this role, we're looking for exceptional talent who is extremely detail-oriented, a self-starter/self-manager, has an extreme bias to action and has exceptional organizational skills.
Besides being an administrative expert, we're looking for someone with great writing skills and experience in social media.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm EST (hours may become flexible to accommodate time zones)
Pay Range:
- $1200-$2000 monthly based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage influencer's massive Twitter and LinkedIn accounts
- Writing comments and messaging users on social media
- Research new content ideas for influencer
- The influencer sells online courses - you will be their customer support rep helping with support tickets
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Create and maintain a well-structured, easily searchable knowledge base using tools like Evernote or Notion.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit presentations, reports, and other documents
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Conduct research and gather information to assist in decision-making and problem-solving
- Serve as a liaison between senior executives, employees, and external stakeholders
- Capable of creating high quality Standard-Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Experience working in social media and content marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- A proven track record of supporting executives in a virtual setting is required
- Experience working with US companies/executives
- C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- A dedicated at-home workspace

Technical Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

- Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Google Meet.
