Job Description The Opportunity We are searching for an accomplished and versatile Senior UI/UX Designer to join our talented team. You will be working with product owners, software engineers, end-users, and business stakeholders to create outstanding client-facing applications and internal data processing tools. Our projects cover the spectrum from web pages to technical 3D industrial applications. What you will do: Facilitate engaging workshops and design activities; Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating user feedback to iterate and enhance our products continuously; Sketch, design, and collaborate with your team and key stakeholders to explore innovative ideas and concepts; Design intuitive and modern user interfaces for web and desktop applications ensuring our users can seamlessly complete complex tasks; Help build our Design System to streamline our design and development processes. About You The ideal candidate will strive for excellence, whilst prioritizing delivery - understanding that results drive innovation forward. Your exceptional communication skills to explain complex concepts and articulate design decisions will be essential for success in this role. This role will require proficiency in web and product design as well as a strong graphical design sensibility. You will have: 3+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design or product design; The ability to adapt, excellent critical thinking skills with a knack for thinking outside of the box; Demonstrated understanding and application of user-focused design methodologies and practices; Portfolio highlighting your UI/UX design work, including high-fidelity screens, user flows, personas, journey maps, research findings or any other deliverables. Bonus points Experience working with design systems and staying up to date with the latest trends; Experience collaborating with Agile teams; Experience designing either Web Apps or 3D engineering applications.
