The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B content creation, with a focus on lead generation, marketing funnels, and conversions. This role requires a strong storyteller who can extract knowledge through weekly interviews with our founder, craft platform-optimized content, and repurpose it across LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletters, and YouTube scripts. In addition, the candidate will oversee posting, monitoring performance, providing regular reports, and conducting competitor analysis to inform and refine the content strategy. This is a full-time role, and you will be expected to work in U.S. time zones to align with our target audience and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly interviews with the founder to gather insights, thought leadership, and company updates to fuel content creation.
- Write, post, and monitor engaging, platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels to drive engagement and generate leads.
- Craft compelling narratives from client testimonials, success stories, and company milestones to build trust and authority.
- Write scripts for YouTube videos and short-form content aimed at educating prospects and converting leads.
- Develop and refine a content strategy based on competitor analysis, performance data, and industry trends to optimize results.
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and inform content creation.
- Create content aligned with marketing funnel strategies, nurturing leads from awareness to conversion.
- 3+ years of experience in social media content writing, scriptwriting, or related roles.
- Proven track record of creating and managing engaging content for B2B audiences with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
- Experience in managing social media platforms, including posting, monitoring, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and how to create content that supports lead nurturing and sales.
- Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting skills, particularly for video and short-form content.
- Experience in competitor research and adapting strategies based on market trends.
- Proficiency with social media management and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with the founder and team.
- Must be able to work U.S. time zone hours to align with our team and audience.
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 PM - 6 AM (Night Shift)
Base Salary: $1000 - $1200 / per month
