Our organization is seeking a highly organized and personable Office Assistant/Receptionist
to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and
visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and
professional environment. In this position, you will handle a variety of
administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
Maintain and update office calendars, scheduling appointments as needed.
Assist with invoicing, processing receipts, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Perform data entry, filing, and document organization.
Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
Support office staff with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Will assist in donation collection
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or clerical role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
