Description
- Manage email communications and calendar scheduling for key stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, including pricing lists and customer databases.
- Assist in creating PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations for sales meetings.
- Organize and update business documents.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Hard Requirements:
- Prior experience in administrative support or executive assistance.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to handle various administrative tasks as business needs evolve.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 9:00AM-1:00PM Sydney Time
