Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and manage the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive as needed.
- Assist with tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on course.
- Liaise with other team members and departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively address them to enhance productivity.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible.
- Handle expense tracking, invoice processing, and document formatting with precision.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Manage and coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings, ensuring the executive is well-prepared.
- Effectively prioritize tasks, manage the executive’s to-do list, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage and execute special projects as assigned by the executive, delivering high-quality results.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- 2+ years of proven experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a home office setup conducive to remote work.
