The recruitment landscape has changed and the war for talent in the data integration industry is now on! Guidewire is growing and attracting and hiring top talent globally is a critical business priority for the Company. The Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced recruitment coordinator that can thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
\n- Manage all coordination for all interviews, working across time zones & with complex scheduling requirements. You’ll ensure that our candidates and hiring teams have an excellent experience throughout the process
- Coordinate and manage all travel for candidates where required
- Create offer documentation for new hires and manage the pre-onboarding process, with incredible attention to detail
- Become a systems expert and provide support to our TA and People teams
- Conduct all necessary TA Operations tasks, including Background Checks and expense reimbursement.
- Develop and maintain reporting for our TA & People teams
- Build and maintain documentation and education materials to outline TA Operations processes.
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as required
- Partner closely with a number of other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our candidates and customers
- Bring opportunities you see that can create efficiencies and improve the experience for our customers and candidates
- Provide all our candidates and hiring teams with a world-class experience by ensuring we’re communicating with them often and providing an excellent service
- 2+ years experience within a Recruiting Coordination role
- Demonstrated experience working with high volume & ability to prioritize
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and provide a world class customer experience
- Ability to think critically and be solution focused
- Experience working as part of a global team is highly beneficial
- Proficient Google Suite, Slack and an ATS is preferred
