Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order tracking.
- Educate customers on e-cigarette products and usage to ensure compliance and safety.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and regulations.
- Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
- Contribute to the development of support materials and FAQs to enhance customer experience.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer products sector.
- Strong understanding of e-cigarette products, vaping, and related regulations.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
