Humanitru is an integrations-first software platform for nonprofits that empowers organizations to centralize their data and streamline their operations. By connecting with leading platforms like Mailchimp, QuickBooks Online, DonorSearch, and other best-in-class tools, Humanitru replaces legacy CRMs and eliminates data silos, giving nonprofits a unified view of their supporters and operations.
We're seeking a results oriented UI/UX Designer eager to have a huge impact at a high-growth SaaS company working with high-impact nonprofits as we continue to expand across the country. You'll work with the Product teams to create designs and mock-ups to aid in feature development.
What You'll Do
Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for Product applications to aid in development and gathering feedback
Conducting user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand client expectations
Analyzing industry trends, competitors offerings to understand Product positioning
Designing and contributing towards a cohesive brand style guide across Marketing and Product
Mapping user flows and customer journeys to optimize onboarding and product usage
Collaborating with developers and product managers to iteratively refine Product
Communicating design rationales to stakeholders and presenting concepts effectively
Supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience through creating collateral like product mockups, infographics, presentations
