About the Client: The client is a registered non-profit in Texas dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating animals in need. Initially operating from a small RV, the founder expanded the sanctuary to provide a safe haven for various animals, offering them a chance to become part of a loving family. The organization relies solely on donations to support its mission of finding permanent homes for animals and providing them with care, love, and attention.
Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks for both businesses, including email and calendar management.Handle phone calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity.Oversee social media management, including content creation using AI tools and traditional methods.Assist with fundraising efforts, event planning, and volunteer coordination.Supervise potential future staff and volunteers as the businesses grow.Utilize AI technology for content creation (e.g., video production, voice cloning) while maintaining a human touch.Support daily operations of the animal rescue, including liaising with volunteers and donors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills.Highly independent and able to adapt to frequent changes.Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.Tech-savvy and eager to learn and integrate AI tools for efficiency.Comfortable in a Christian-friendly environment and discussions.Experience with animal rescues or non-profits is a plus but not required.
