VirtueStaff is on the lookout for a skilled Remote Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our executives and streamline our operations. This multifaceted role is designed for a self-motivated individual who excels in both administrative and virtual assistance tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and emails with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication
- Conduct research and compile data to support strategic business decisions
- Oversee project timelines and assist in the execution of various initiatives
- Maintain an organized filing system for digital documents and confidential information
- Assist with social media management and content creation to promote the brand
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a variety of virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Self-directed with the motivation to work independently
- Experience with project management software and CRMs is advantageous
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
