We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our leadership team and assist with operational needs. Intus Care is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. Intus Care empowers care providers to mitigate high risk events and equips executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data. Our mission is to catalyze data driven change to achieve high-value, multi-disciplinary care for older adults. In addition, Intus Care offers a broad range of technical assistance and consulting services to support new PACE programs under development and existing programs that are growing and evolving to meet the needs of their communities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize multiple calendars for leadership, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts
Ensure all meetings are properly scheduled with correct attendees, agendas, and necessary materials
Respond promptly to scheduling requests with professionalism and courteous communication.
Anticipate potential conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling issues to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate travel arrangements, including logistics for conferences, client on-sites, and other events
Organize and support administrative tasks, such as data entry, file maintenance, and conference registrations
Prepare regular updates and reports for 1:1 leadership meetings to ensure alignment on changes or project developments
Assist with special projects, including maintaining internal documentation, streamlining workflows, and supporting process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Executive or Administrative Assistance, preferably in a startup environment
Proven ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, or similar platforms; tech-savvy is a major plus
