We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate leads for our clients.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively.
2. Content creation and management
- Create and curate compelling content for website, social media platforms, and other digital channels to engage and attract target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistency of brand messaging.
- Coordinate and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of digital assets.
3. Analytics and reporting
- Monitor web analytics, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or executive search environment.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
