The Role:
- Full-time salaried position with competitive commission structure
- Monthly earnings potential: 75K-150K ZAR
- Work with high-value positions ($70K-$150K+ USD roles)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive interviews for managerial and senior-level positions
- Work with our sourcing team to build candidate pipelines
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Track and improve recruitment metrics
- Engage with international clients and candidates
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred
- Demonstrated track record of success and initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Professional demeanor for executive-level interactions
