Seven Starling is seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to scale its world class team of mental healthcare providers. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will drive the full recruitment life cycle for psychotherapists (LCSWs, LPCs, Psy.D, etc.), psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), collaborative physicians, and other essential clinical team members.

With expertise in mental healthcare recruiting, you will create and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy, develop outside of the box tactics to build a thriving pipeline, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. \n- Develop targeted recruitment strategies for psychotherapists, PMHNPs, collaborative physicians, and other clinical roles
- Use traditional and creative methods to source exceptional active and passive candidates across databases, job boards, and networks to drive applications of qualified candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across all clinical team hires, from sourcing through interviewing to offer and onboarding
- Ownership, organization, and management of clinical applicants in our ATS, including tagging candidates, updating interview questions, building automations, creating links, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Conduct clinical license verification and NPI validation
- Build and maintain candidate profiles from outside sources
- Leverage recruitment tools and provide data-driven reporting on key metrics
- Proven clinical recruitment experience in mental health care
- Data-driven approach to maximize recruitment impact and efficiency
- Grit and hustle balanced with adaptability in an ever evolving environment
- Skilled with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment databases
- Creative talent attraction and relationship-building abilities
- Strong communication skills with outstanding judgment
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Passion for improving access to quality mental healthcare for women
